EU termination of anti-dumping on Chinese fastener portion interim review

October 25, the Official Journal of the European Union, said an end to the Chinese exports to the EU steel fasteners anti-dumping measures part of the review period, the original anti-dumping measures remain unchanged.
     In November 2007, the European Commission to China steel fasteners anti-dumping investigations, the final ruling in January 2009 26.5% -85% levy anti-dumping duties; by 2010, after the anti-circumvention investigation extended to taxation of products through Malaysia re-exports of iron and steel fasteners; due to the implementation of WTO rulings, in October 2012 to modify the tax rate from 22.9 to 74.1 percent.
